Washing Instructions

The ideal washing temperature is 60°C or lower (85°C maximum).
The correct washing temperature is important for the drying cycle.
A too high drying temperature may cause moisture permeability problems and extra shrinkage. Drying temperature 70°C, drying time 30-35 minutes!
Excessive bleaching may damage the quality of the material. It is recommended to use oxygen-based bleaches.
The pH value of the wash must be 5.5 to 6.5.
For washing the Freestyle® products it is important that you use a maximum of 85% of the permissible washing weight of both the washer and the drier.
After drying in the drier, let the products cool off for 5 minutes.
Do not leave the Freestyle® products in the drier. Remove them after they have cooled off.
Fabric softeners can have a harmful effect on the absorption capacity of Freestyle®. So, DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENERS!
DO NOT USE PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN METHYL PHENOL. They can damage the quality of both the polyester fibres and the waterproof reverse.
These recommendations may vary from situation to situation depending on the quality of the water and the appliances used.
Contact the detergent manufacturer if you have questions about the exact composition of the detergent.

The United States Testing Company of Hoboken, New Jersey conducted a series of test on FREESTYLE products.

Results

- Garments absorbed 6.3 times their weight in liquid for an absorbency percentage of 639.2%
- The V-care outer layer withstood testing temperature of 300 degrees fahrenheit without any visible cracking or yellowing.
- After testing and washing, cloth was determined to have "no door, only a normal cloth smell".
- An extensive skin irritation test was performed and it was determined that with FREESTYLE garments, the chance of skin irritation was "zero".
